When will my points expire?

Your reward points are redeemable for as long as you have an account with us.

Do I need to create an account to earn rewards?

You do need an account to accrue and spend points, accounts can be easily created for you as part of the checkout.

Will my rewards be cancelled if my order is refunded?

If you do decide to send back or cancel your order for any reason, your rewards are reversed when the order status is set to refunded.

How do I earn birthday rewards?

Use the Rewards icon on any page, click "Ways to earn" then "Edit Date" next to "Celebrate a birthday" to enter your birthday month and day.

Be sure to add your birthday at least 30 days before your birthday to receive your birthday rewards this year.

Fabulosity Rewards Terms and Conditions

  • Fabulosity Rewards are available for all purchases made directly through gffabulosity.com
  • Rewards remain valid for as long as the associated account is active.
  • Accounts may be made inactive after a period of 12 months of inactivity.
  • Customers must create an account to earn and redeem rewards points.
  • Each customer is limited to one rewards account.
  • Members receive 200 Rewards after signing up for an account (new accounts only).
  • Members receive 5 Rewards for every £1 spent.
  • Rewards points are issued when the order status is paid.
  • Rewards will be cancelled when the order status is refunded.
  • Rewards include order subtotal including taxes and shipping, excluding discounts.
  • Members will receive 200 points on their birthday if they have entered their birthday in their Rewards account at least 30 days in advance of their birthday.
  • To use your Rewards, you may convert them to gift cards. Gift cards will expire after 6 months (180 days) from the date when the rewards points were converted.
  • Rewards are redeemed at a rate of £1 = 200 Rewards.
  • Rewards gift cards may be combined and must be redeemed at checkout.
  • Rewards gift cards may not be applied to previous purchases.
  • Price, availability, and promotional information are subject to change without prior notice.
