Shipping policy

Order Packing

Orders are packed on Tuesdays-Saturdays within 24-48 hours of placing the order; orders placed after 12pm Saturday will be packed on Tuesday.

Orders cannot be modified once payment has been made, they can however be canceled without charge prior to shipping. To cancel an order before it has been shipped please email store@gffabulosity.com or cancel your order using the links in your account page.

Shipping

Tracking references will be sent by email once available. Refer to the delivery partner website for details of redelivery options.

UK Shipping

Your preferred delivery service can be selected at the checkout with delivery price and duration determined by the basket price. Options include 24 and 48 hour tracked services from Royal Mail.

EU Shipping

For baskets up to €150, VAT will be automatically added to the purchase price for you, and your orders sent with documentation to show EU duty is not required.

Update: From June 1st 2026, some EU states will levy a handling charge of €3 per package, even when the parcel is valued below #150.

Worldwide Shipping

You accept responsibility for all VAT and customs duty charges due on your delivery. Please see your local import guidance for further details.
